I forgot how much I like to eat well

I mean, “eat well” sounds judgey but I don’t know how else to phrase it. I don’t want to sound like one of those people who’s just soooo proud of themselves for whatever their food choices are, but I’ve been tracking my eating and making an actual effort to eat fruits and vegetables and eat enough protein for about two weeks now. And it’s not just healthier, but it’s… more fun? In that I’m eating a variety of different things instead of just pizza rolls or mac & cheese every night. 

Also I want to laugh every time I think it but I’ve discovered that lentils are delicious. We have a lentil veggie soup at work that I am obsessed with now. And chickpeas. I think I’ve had channa masala for lunch at work every day for the last week.
